Our company has adopted high-pure sodium and high-pure sodium silicate as raw material ,and introduced different metal ion. According to different aluminum-silicon proportion and scientific formula ,molecular sieve original powders of different models have been elaborately manufctured by gelling crystallization . At present , our main products are zeolite molecule sieve raw powder like 3A,4A,5A and 13X,Raw material of molecular sieve is mainly used to manufcture molecular sieve ,which mixing with through binding agent , kaoline and etc, could be processed into ball shape , bar shape or other irregular shape . It could be manufctured into molding molecular sieve throughhigh-temperature baking ,and manufactured into activated zeolite powder throght direct high-temperature (namely powder-shape molecuar sieve ). Molecular sieve has very good adhesive ability in shape selection , and exchanging ability in catalyzing and ion. It can absorb and separate some compound of gas( such as ammonia gas ,nitrogen and etc) , water and liquid or eliminate some poisonous gas to reach the goal of purification and dryness ; As activator used in such industry as petroleum catalytic cracking, it has very high activated perfomance ,better selection and heat stability ; Additionally , it could also be used in production of such field as sealed insulating glass and water treatment to embody the distinct effect .
